Meet our Team

Rosanne has been caring and watching over our practice since 1986. She is passionate about creating a warm, caring and professional environment for our patients. She feels that patients should be treated as though they are friends or family who we care for and not just a number. Her feeling is that every patient is a VIP a “Very Important Part” of our dental family that deserves our respect.

As office manager, Rosanne has developed and maintained a dental office team that works cohesively and compassionately in order to provide the best care for each patient in an efficient and comfortable manner. All the facets of a dental practice must be combined smoothly in order to provide successful dental care.  Rosanne has managed to develop such a team of professionals to do just that. 

Rosanne is an active lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM). On September 9th, 2022 at AADOM's National Conference in Scottsdale Arizona she was one of 8 Office Managers to receive the highest level distinction of 'Diplomate' and one of 27 Office Managers that have achieved this distinction to date. Rosanne is also serving as vice-president of the Southern NJ AADOM chapter.

When not working Rosanne enjoys spending time with her family. She is extremely proud of her three daughters and their families. She feels blessed to be so close to her four beautiful grandchildren who always light up her day when she is with them.

Sheila came to Voorhees Family Dentistry in 2001. She holds dual positions in our practice as both a dental assistant and business manager. Over the years she has proven to be an extremely loyal hard working staff member who keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently doing any task needed of her. Her experience and knowledge during her tenure consistently grew as the practice grew making her an irreplaceable member of our dental team. 

After receiving her dental assistant certificate, she later went on to achieve an associate degree in Applied Science from Camden County College. 

Sheila loves to sing, exercise and spend time with her family and friends. 

Michelle has been a member of the Voorhees Family Dentistry team since 2005. She earned her dental hygiene degree at Camden County College. She was presented with the “Professional Excellence in Dental Hygiene” award by Pfizer Consumer Healthcare.

Prior to attaining her dental hygiene license, she was a dental assistant and found a love for oral surgery, working in the field for 18 years. Additionally, she has experience working in a periodontal practice.

Michelle is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and the New Jersey Dental Hygiene Association South Shore component.

She loves being a hygienist and considers her patients as friends and family. She prides herself in being gentle and thorough.

Michelle loves spending time with her family. Married to Chris she has three adult children and a brand-new beautiful granddaughter. She loves crafting and “Yard Sailing” with her husband on Saturday mornings. Michelle is a huge Philadelphia Eagles Fan. She also volunteers her time as an outreach coordinator for Deeper Dimensions Family Support Group where she provides education and support to families and their loved ones who suffer from substance abuse disorder. 

Laura is a registered dental assistant who graduated from Camden County College in 2008. She originally joined the dental profession because she loves to make people smile. Laura joined Voorhees Family Dentistry in 2019 with a wealth of experience in general and pediatric dentistry. Her ability to relate well to children in the practice has been a wonderful addition and a positive experience for our pediatric patients. 

A hard worker, Laura is always thinking of better ways for the treatment areas to run smoothly and efficiently resulting in more comfortable and quicker treatment procedures for our patients. 

When Laura is not working, she loves traveling and spending time with her husband, stepsons and daughter.

Sheryl graduated from Camden County College Dental Hygiene Program with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in 2004 with her best friend Michelle who also is a member of the Voorhees Family Dentistry team. She returned to school at Manor College in Pennsylvania to obtain her certification in anesthesia.

Sheryl is dedicated to our patients helping them to feel at ease and enjoy their visits to our office. She is a firm believer in educating our patients about their oral health. It is important to her that our patients understand the relationship between good home care and its preventive effects on cavities, gum disease, oral cancer and total body health.
Sheryl enjoys spending her spare time with her family and riding quads. She is expecting her third grandson in the summer of 2021.
