Meet our Team

Sheila came to Voorhees Family Dentistry in 2001. She holds dual positions in our practice as both a dental assistant and business manager. Over the years she has proven to be an extremely loyal hard working staff member who keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently doing any task needed of her. Her experience and knowledge during her tenure consistently grew as the practice grew making her an irreplaceable member of our dental team. 

After receiving her dental assistant certificate, she later went on to achieve an associate degree in Applied Science from Camden County College. 

Sheila loves to sing, exercise and spend time with her family and friends. 

Michelle has been a member of the Voorhees Family Dentistry team since 2005. She earned her dental hygiene degree at Camden County College. She was presented with the “Professional Excellence in Dental Hygiene” award by Pfizer Consumer Healthcare.

Prior to attaining her dental hygiene license, she was a dental assistant and found a love for oral surgery, working in the field for 18 years. Additionally, she has experience working in a periodontal practice.

Michelle is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and the New Jersey Dental Hygiene Association South Shore component.

She loves being a hygienist and considers her patients as friends and family. She prides herself in being gentle and thorough.

Michelle loves spending time with her family. Married to Chris she has three adult children and her beautiful granddaughter. She loves crafting and “Yard Sailing” with her husband on Saturday mornings. Michelle is a huge Philadelphia Eagles Fan. 

Laura is a registered dental assistant who graduated from Camden County College in 2008. She originally joined the dental profession because she loves to make people smile. Laura joined Voorhees Family Dentistry in 2019 with a wealth of experience in general and pediatric dentistry. Her ability to relate well to children in the practice has been a wonderful addition and a positive experience for our pediatric patients. 

A hard worker, Laura is always thinking of better ways for the treatment areas to run smoothly and efficiently resulting in more comfortable and quicker treatment procedures for our patients. 

When Laura is not working, she loves traveling and spending time with her husband, stepsons and daughter.
